The bottom line is the iPhone and modern medicine came from democracy and the free market, not a government agency.

You've earned this for digging up a topic that hadn't had any posts for almost exactly a year, apparently because you finally found a snark to go with it. Oh, and posting it just after midnight is a nice confirming touch. Losing sleep over this? This thread really been eating at you for a whole year?

Maybe he should spend that time figuring out how to post smaller images.

The commissioners invited special interest groups to draft this resolution. The groups that fight illegal immigration are following those special interests! They are coming to Chatham thanks to the commissioners! They should take responsibility for this.
Agreed Chatham Books!!! They lost so many votes when they stopped the ICE Resolution. They need to run scared. It is not racial it is merely stopping ILLEGAL people from being here and commiting crimes. Lucier needs to run! His choice, his fight.

Clearly with Lucier backing out at the last minute, the meeting also became a rally cry for open government! For this group of elected officials to decline an opportunity to come before the people of Chatham, even if we don't agree with them, says a lot about who they are willing to take input from. This same group of elected officials campaigned on platforms of open government.
So did all your candidates for town board, but couldn't show up to field "softball" questions at the LWV forum for the same reason, right? But, being elected and trying to get elected are two different things, I guess. I think I know what your answer will be. Hysterical!!!!

Simply a question worth asking, given the fact that Heather was so quick to defend it, when Bradshaw AND Crawford never showed. I'm paraphrasing, "LWV is a hostile environment for conservatives". Then: she comes on here and frames her whole argument around the thing her people are guilty of themselves. But, ignoring history is a strength of your people, particularly if it doesn't suit your politics-du-jour. Does being a teabagger require that you have less than a middle school education, or am I setting the bar a bit too high?

Glad we finally got around to clearing this up, even if it took over a year to do it. Let me know when we land on the moon.
