I've always had good service, good food, and good beer at the brewery. They even stayed open late one night when a basketball game ran over past closing time. That's great customer service.

I wouldn't let a minor thing like someone touching their hair while at work get under my skin. Life is too short. You could always bring germ-x with you and sterilize your ware whereever you go -- I'm sure lots worse happens at lots of other places that you don't happen to see.

Well, tonight we went, the girl that twirls her hair was still there, and doing it while seating us,walked us all around the place..all open tables then sat us in the bar tables.Slow service is all I can say,and I have been to MANY ,MANY,sit down restaurants. There is no reason for it.Oh and the "hostess" walked around cleaning  tables with her mouth gaping open wasn't very appetising either...made her look like she wasnt smarter than a box of rocks...BTW on my second half of my philly steak..there was a super loooong black hair..nice..Im not one to bitch at management.BTW..WHO walks around with their mouth wide open?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

There is no reason to,if they accept this behavior in their employees whats the point? I have owned 2 restraunts and my employees would have never done that ever. Mabey they should make them wear a hair net for a night, make make them understand WHY you dont touch their hair/face..or when they are closed mabey have a staff meeting on it...might be a good idea. The health department looks down on this...but who knows mabey Chatham County isnt as strict.

I find it hard to believe this happened to you and you said nothing. I mean that literally. why should I believe it happened when could you be a former employee with a grudge, or an unhappy neighbor?

if this truly happened, you could have spoken to a manager about it, or written to the owner. that is effective. posting anonymously to the BBS unfairly smears the restaurant giving them no way to correct the problem or make amends to you.

if you owned a restaurant, you would know you arent always sat at the first table closest to the door.we have a seating order to make it fair on the servers, like most restaurants have.im sure if you had spoken up at being seated at the closest table, you would have been put at that table.i do believe if you are this concerned you might want to stop posting anonymously here and actually take your concerns to the actual live people who can handle your concerns.
