I just had lunch there the other day and they still have beer and food. All is well.
The whole "Taken My Last Trip" thread kind of reminds me of Randy's goodbye cruel world posts.
Sorry to have missed Tommy Edwards this past Saturday, looking forward to Mark Holland later in the month. Rock on.......

I was in the Lowes parking lot a couple of weeks ago, thought about going in but it was very loud there. I had my little one with me so we decided on fine dining at that old Scottish Restaurant in the same parking lot.

My wife said that she is meeting some girlfriends there for lunch on Friday. She said she was unaware of the huge controversy. BTW, were the McDonald's brother Scottish or Irish?

Heh. from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonald's#Legal_casesIn one noteworthy case, McDonald's sued a Scottish café owner called McDonald, even though the business in question dated back over a century (Sheriff Court Glasgow and Strathkelvin, November 21, 1952).

I'll take a shot at it without looking it up. Was it New Hampshire?
