I wasn't doing that at all. In fact, I believe I illustrated the opposite of what you are saying. Read my earlier posts on this thread.
I did read your earlier posts. Apparently you can't remember what you wrote. Speaking of the Coalition, you stated " AH, but they are far more Progressive (radical) than your average Chatham Democrat" to support your misguided contention that Progressive Democrats are Coalition supporters. As an active Progressive Democrat, I assure you this is not the case and you should not believe everything you hear on the subject at your CCV meetings.

These groups have a wider range of political beliefs than IT represents. Furthermore, fromwhat I understand one of the groups he rails against, Pittsboro Together, may no longer exist.
It's all about divide, divide and divide. It has been for hundreds of years. Otherwise why would terms like "them" be used in casual posts?

Oh Populist, I guess you need to talk to your friend Randolph who so proudly totes that he was a founding member and former board member of Pittsboro Together on his web site. Political organization identifies candidates, plans campaigns and has successfully elected officials to municipal government positions to promote smart growth. Looks like he hasn't gotten the message. You better give him and Pittsboro Together co-founder Jeff Starkweather a call!

Not my job. It's your friend Randolph and you who are trying to distance yourselves from the "Pittsboro Together" debacle of 2007.

Nice to know that you are a eunuch--that explains a lot. Perhaps you and Linda Felt are married afterall.

How again did that 2007 election turn out for the Pittsboro Together team?

What a meaningless taunt. Let's try this one on for size - Unlike your friend, I am faithful to my wife.

My understanding, based purely on conversations with people who no longer feel welcome as democrats, is that the coalition took over the local dem party and purged it. There is no longer any diversity in that party or tolerance of people who do not swear fealty to them.
As usual, your "understanding" is totally without merit. The Chatham County Democratic Party has in no way, shape or form been taken over by the Coalition. I have never seen you at one of our meetings and had you attended, you would have found it is the local political party that is truly diverse unlike the CCV or CCGOP. Where do yall meet at, I know longer am with CCV or CGOP. Invite me and allow a conservative into your midst if you really want diversity. I will be your minority

The Indy will probably endorse Voller. However, the Indy makes an attempt to be the Research Triangle's newspaper, and covers a lot of things in Chatham County, so that it has views on the Pittsboro race is not really shocking or out of order. If you want to live in a more conservative Chatham County town, move to Siler City, where time has stopped. They're bringing back horse carts next week, and John Grimes is running for Mayor--a man every conservative in Chatham County will love. Plus, there's a bus from Siler to Chapel Hill, in case you need to buy some special liberal stuff for an Xmas Present or something.

Why do people buy liberal stuff, I thought it was subsidized with other people's money and given away.

Sorry, Mr. IT Eunuch, no one knows who you are so anything you say about yourself can't be verified so it's meaningless. You are just another member of the "cyber lynch mob" who cannot create so they destroy. In fact, attacking people in public and smearing your neighbors while you remain a shadow is antithetical to one's right to face their accuser. (I am starting to believe that you and Linda Felt are married and you are working out your issues online--is his true? Oh I forgot, I cannot verify it so it must be true.
