Dog seen near Hadley Mill & Pleasant Hill Ch Rd

We saw a large male dog near our property yesterday morning as we were leaving. He seemed friendly but a bit wary. Yellow Lab mix. Had a collar. I got a pic on my cell phone if anyone wants to see. He headed back down the hill towards Pleasant Hiil Ch Rd.

Did he have flopped over lab ears or shepherd type ears?

They were more like flopped ears, but they looked liked they wanted to try to stand, if that makes any sense. Made me think Lab/Shep mix. I'll try to get the pic on, but my computer bugged out bad yesterday, I ended up buying a ne wlap top to use in the meantime & am just working on figuring this thing out.
