Pre Game info from the Fayettville Observer:  http://www.fayobserver.com/Articles/2009/11/20/953718

No. 5 Jordan-Matthews (10-2) at No. 4 Fairmont (5-6)

The Jets: After losing to Northwood (34-0) and Reidsville (42-8), Jordan-Matthew has won four straight, including a 58-14 victory against Northwest Halifax last week. With one shutout on the season, defense has been the team's main strength. That side of the ball is allowing only 16.1 points per game, while the offense is averaging 28.8.

The Golden Tornadoes: After losing its first five games to start the regular season - including setbacks to Gray's Creek (26-0) and East Bladen (51-20) - Fairmont has won five of its last six. Improved defensive play keyed the turnaround, and that unit has allowed only 10.7 points per game during that stretch. The offense scored a season-high 39 points at St. Pauls.
