My neighbor just stopped over looking for his Springer Spainel mix dog that he has had for 15 yrs.  She is black and white wearing an electric fence collar. We are in the White Smith Rd area, or Sapling Ridge Church off of Silk Hope Gums Springs Rd.  If found please call 663-3952
