Has anyone heard anything about the new library being vandalized to the  tune of $80,000 or is this just a rumor.

From what I read, the damage was mostly to the construction company's property...senseless vandalism. Other damage occurred in PBO also. Hope they get nabbed.

Here is the headline article from today's Chatham Record. Keep clicking until it gets  "life-sized" - two or three clicks, depending on your browser. What a mess.

so this is not robbing for gain, these are just kids causing damage?

where is the community? this is an outrage. some one, somewhere, knows who is doing this. to a library? to a school?

I don't care what a great kid you have, I have the greatest one in the world. but she knew about some hair raising stuff going on at her school.

she never said a word until I asked her.

so ask.

Sorry to hear about this happening here.

Somewhat off topic --> Anyone know when the trail is scheduled to re-open?  We have not walked there for a while.
