Webster's New World Dictionary states:

Version (as it applies to this situation) is defined as " an account showing one point of view"

Fact is defined as "reality or truth".

As whipporwill posted, Jennifer's version is not fact. (allegedly)

Now we have a taste of Mr Andrew's brother's version. Will anyone post those findings (repeatedly) and judge him on that?

We all have seen, heard and read versions, but have we any facts?...................................

Did I miss something? Did Mr. Andrew's brother post something that I have not read? Can you tell me where I can find it? Thank you.

Very interesting!!! It will be nice when both sides of the story come out. It is quite obvious that Mrs. Andrews facts are not the truth. At least someone is finally speaking out on Mr. Andrews behalf.

No one knows what the facts and truth are at this point.  It will be nicer when this story is over and everyone can find some new neighbors to provide them with a soap opera.

Don't quite think it is a Soap Opera as you call it. The bottom line is there is a woman who is not telling all the facts. The truth will come out, hopefully. Remember, there are 2 sides to every story.

Re: The Saga Continues Ends... Trooper Demoted Fired:

Trooper fired, but reason not stated 3/12/2010
A state trooper who was at the Pittsboro home of a woman when, she said, her estranged husband threatened her with a gun has been fired.

N.C. Crime Control Secretary Reuben Young dismissed Trooper Anthony Scott last month after hearing his appeal on a demotion and reassignment. Neither Young nor the patrol would explain why, saying the information is confidential under the state's personnel law.

the firing was the result of the demotion being appealed. but these troopers do go through some levels of appeal, and sometimes win. they must love their jobs.

The appeal begins . . .

http://www.newsobserver.com/2010/03/12/384911/court-papers-shed-light-on-troopers.html

A former trooper fired last month for reasons the Highway Patrol won't explain, says in court papers that he lost his job for having an extramarital affair and failing to respond when his paramour was allegedly attacked by her estranged husband.

In administrative court papers filed late yesterday, Scott says he should be disciplined, but not fired. He denies neglecting his duties that day and contends N.C. Crime Control Secretary Reuben Young's decision to dismiss him was excessive. Scott cites the discipline given to Commander Randy Glover 23 years ago when he was a young trooper as an example of unequal treatment.

hmmm. isn't the husband innocent until tried? if so, how did they determine there was anything to respond to on the Trooper's part?

Check the article.  There's stuff from the trooper's own statement.
