The Pittsboro Police Dept. is selling T-Shirts and hats to raise money for the special olympics.  Shirts are $13.00 and hats are $15.00, Officer Philip Terwilliger will be taking donations as well.  All proceeds go to benefit the Special Olympics.  To obtain a shirt or hat contact Officer Philip Terwilliger at Pttsboro Police Dept.   My e-mail is PTERWILLIGER@NC.RR.COM give me your name and contact number and I will make the shirts available to you.  Thanks so much!!

The torch run is also scheduled for June 2, 2010 in Pittsboro, Officer Terwilliger will carry the torch and lead all volunteers to Pittsboro Police Dept. for a ceremony, those who wish to attend or help in any way, please contact me at the email I provided above, thanks!

The general store cafe, virlies, and carolina brewery all have fliers in reference to further contact information, donation boxes will be set up soon for those of you who wish to donate, i will disclose the location of those boxes as soon as they are aquired, thanks!

pittsboro town hall has a display up of the shirts and hat, i will have photos posted soon.  But if you are around town hall feel free to stop in and take a look at the shirt and hat, they are located in the front of town hall.

A donation box has been placed inside the general store cafe.  Those of you who wish to assist in donating money for the special Olympics can mention this fundraiser to any employee of the general store cafe and they can direct you to the donation box.
