The filing deadline passed yesterday with no fanfare or announcement on the BBS.  Low-interest races, or low interest on the BBS?  Who knows, but the list is here:

No democrat primary and 2 seats with a republican primary. Can anyone remember that scenario?

I look forward to the school board races - I think having competition makes the candidates (and eventual winner) stronger.

How many REPs will actually turn out for the primaries? All eyes on them until the actual election, and can't wait to see how one teabagger will distinguish themselves from the other. This I got to see! LOL Rolling
