Or maybe it should be "Walk Like an Egyptian Onion" Wink?  At any rate, is anyone growing these.  Its an old heirloom variety that forms little bulblets on the flower stalk.  My grandmother remembered them from her childhood, although it was mainly because the kids threw the bulblet clusters at each other.  TIA

I planted some last fall and they are sprouting now.  too new to have any advice.

they are much smaller but have a more intense taste, from what I've read.  I'll let you know Smiley

I have had them for years and they do multiply!!! I haven't used them for cooking, but may give them a try. My sisters mother in law, 94 years old this year, gave them to me for ornamental proposes. They do get comments from friends because of the bublets on top.

absolutely, but they are ... different. the ancestors cooked with them.
