I so hope you find her. I know that pain. I had a dog that was stollen that I grieved for. After 7 LONG months a friend of mine noticed a dog (of mine's description) searching in her neighborhood for someone that looked familiar. BINGO! MY incredible journey story! Keep the faith, it does happen!

I don't think I will ever give up hope on finding her..she was such a big part of my life.I am recently widowed and miss her companionship so badly. I can not hold back the tears as I type this..I look for her every morning and evening, just hoping...

Hi again, Would a non-bird person notice her feet as being crippled? There is a woman in SC who's email came to a list I am on and she has found a quaker parrot. She is in Rock Hill, SC, just below Charlotte. Not sure if your bird would fly that far, but just in case- Her email is jenneubauer@hotmail.com Her name is Jennifer. Make sure you put up lots of signs around where you live and nearby neighborhoods and businesses. I was reading on a quaker parrot website about a pair of parrots that were found exactly a year later at a nearby neighbor's house, he captured them in his hen house. There had been no sightings for an entire year in that rural setting!

There had been no sightings for an entire year in that rural setting! I called the tel. number yesterday, but she said the feet looked fine. I am not sure, so I emailed her just now and asked if she knew someone who could look at the feet or send me a pic of the birds feet. Thanks and keep looking, I appreciate it so much!
