Free tomato & pepper plants

I grow my tomato & pepper plants from seed and this year, after planting my garden, I have too many. I have planted what I want and so have my relatives, friends & neighbors and I don't want to throw them away. I planted 16 varieties of tomatoes and probably have 12 kinds of tomatoes and 3 kinds of peppers left. They need to be planted in the next week as they are growing fast.
