My power was out from 11:22 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Manns Chapel Road.  Progress Energy said it was "damage to our equipment." So was this one widespread, or was it just my turn to get lucky on the hottest day of the year so far? Smiley

Not sure what was going on.  Our Time Warner was out for several hours, and we did have one power surge.  We're off of Manns Chapel.

That could be an overloaded transformer, or it might have been a traffic accident.

EWWE! I got enough of a blip to make all digital settings go into blink mode, but no long term outage.

It could have something to do with that massive light show in the sky earlier.
