Seems that 7 identical 6 week old (or so) lab mix puppies all got lost together, at the same time, without their mom, or they were abandoned on the road in from of my house.

Anybody know where i should take them? One option is the No Kill shelter in Raeford, called The Haven. Anything closer?

I'm near Moncure Elementary, if that helps, and I have pics.

Thanks.

Try to call CARE?  That really stinks for someone to do that, thanks for trying to do the right thing and get them somewhere safe.

Some people should not be allowed to have animals.

Agree. (Nor children, but that is entirely another thread)!
Thanks for doing right by trying to find homes for these pups.

Mr Mojo, I can't take the pups or I'd have to live in our shed.  But would love to ooh and aah over pictures!  (Also helps to "sell" 'em to someone who may be sort of considering helping.)

MrMoJoRizin-thank you for trying to get these pups somewhere safe.  You may want to contact Best Buddies Companion Rescue in Pittsboro 919-882-0001 or Chatham Animal Rescue Education (CARE) also in Pittsboro 919-542-5757.  They are just a couple options a bit closer than Raeford.

Is CARE a no kill shelter? Raeford is definately a no kill and that is where he wants them to go.

Is CARE a no kill shelter?

Quote
The mission of Chatham Animal Rescue and Education (CARE) is to promote the health and safety of all cats and dogs in Chatham County. CARE strives to teach by example, to be a resource to the community and local government, and to provide foster care for animals until they can be adopted into permanent homes.

Chatham Animal Rescue and Education was originally incorporated as Chatham Humane Society (CHS), in 1975. CARE is a 501(c)(3) organization, and thus qualified for deductible donations.

C.A.R.E. is a no-kill organization.
