The address is 2413 Woody Store Rd Siler City NC 27344.

From Siler City on Silk Hope rd,Woody Store rd will be your 2nd right once you go through the caution light.  The park will be about 2.5 miles on your left.  There should be a new sign soon.

From Pittsboro take hwy 87 to Silk Hope/Gum Springs rd.  Follow that to White Smith rd and take a right.  You will go through one stop sign and continue until you see the Cattail Creek subdivision.  Woody Store Rd will be on your left past the entrance to Cattail Creek.  The park is about 2 miles on your right.

Construction on phase one of that park should start mid September and be finished around mid march.  Phase one will consist of a baseball field, multipurpose field, walking trail, playground, restroom/concession, picnic shelter, tennis courts, parking and an entrance.  we also have a nice sized pond already in place that will be available for use.

Is there a soccer field slated in phase 2 or phase 3? That would be great. Thanks so much for the reply.

The field should be ready by March, but you know how construction can go.  The karate info can be found here  http://www.chathamnc.org/Index.aspx?page=716
