The details are still being worked out, but the dates are 9/30(3 on 3) and 10/7 (Bock v Lucier).

I will be missing 9/30. My mind is made up on the 2 other races. 10/7 is the day.

A couple more details on the debates:

9/30/2010: All six candidates, to be moderated by Chatham News and held at CCCC multipurpose room.

10/7/2010: Bock & Lucier. To be held at Woods Charter School. Moderator to finalized next week.

More info as I get it.

The same Chatham News that publishes plagiarized letters to the editor but cannot find space for mine!  Ugh,  I hope we can find someone neutral for the Bock / Lucier debate,  I wonder if the Chatham news is that.  They actually ran an article about Mayor Voller hosting an exchange student.  Shamelessly promote much?

BTW,  it is a German girl,  so much for diversity in the Voller house! LOL Rolling

I just don't think it is appropriate to drag an innocent child into the political crossfire. And what does it have to do with the Lucier/Bock debate?

Whole heartedly agree with you Patty. I admire people that host exchange students. Had friends that did and I met via this most excited incredible young lady they hosted. They also did exchange experience with their own two children.
Poor, low level play IMO to bring this up in local dust kicking with the Voller comment.

I was making the point that the PAPER who is MODERATING the first debate,  published a PLAGIARIZED letter from John Hammond yet would not run MY letter to the editor,  but would run a story about the fair mayor hosting an exchange student.  Of course that whole point was missed on you,  and instead I get accused of dragging a child into a political debate.  Clearly the point was lost on you.

I was questioning the paper,  however,  somehow you guys are trying to angle this into me being anti-exchange student.  Unreal
