I plan to be there as well.  I can't wait to see the 3-on-3 debate, especially since I haven't heard Vanderbeck make an well-founded statement yet.  I already know that Lucier will think he is right all the time and need to get the last word in.  Grin

This debate was confirmed on George Lucier's Facebook page:

Re-Elect George Lucier, County Commissioner This should be interesting, in that half of the debate will be moderator questions and have will be Brian and I asking each other direct questions. This is one you would not want to miss.

Interesting, because Chicken George is afraid to accept questions from the audience.

What are you afraid of George?

Nice way to spin the story.

Will anyone be tweeting from the debates?  Youtubing?  Many of us are in a Master's cohort on Thursdays and we may not be able to make it from Siler City to Pittsboro in time.

If you don't know where Woods is, don't rely on an online map tool - some of them take you to Carrboro.  Woods is off of Andrews Store Rd:

From Chapel Hill (North)
Follow 15/501 South (past Harris Teeter)
Turn RIGHT onto Andrews Store Road (there is a gas station on a service road to the right - if you get to Fearrington Village, you've gone too far)
After about a mile, turn RIGHT onto Woodland Grove Drive - you will see the school on your right. (If you go too far, you'll see the new Pollard Middle School, which is still an construction site)

From Pittsboro (South)
Follow 15/501 North for approximately 6 miles (past Fearrington Village)
Turn LEFT onto Andrews Store Road (there is a gas station on a service road to the left - if you get to Harris Teeter, you've gone too far)
After about a mile, turn RIGHT onto Woodland Grove Drive - you will see the school on your right. (If you go too far, you'll see the new Pollard Middle School, which is still an construction site)
