2 bedroom, 2 bath with garden tub, mobile home on private 1 acre lot in a good neighborhood, close to Pittsboro.  Central heat and AC, washer and dryer, dishwasher, double carport, wired storage building all included.  No smoking or pets.  References and deposit, $700/month.  Call 919-542-2274.  Thanks!!

Thats a bit much for a singlewide. You can get a doublewide or even a house for that much.

Who said it was a singlewide??  It is 14x80, if I'm not mistaken and in very good shape.  It's not my mobile home- I'm posting it for my former landlord, but considering the location and everything, I don't believe $700 is too much to ask, personally...

I was mistaken- it is 16x80.  The point is, tricia, you assumed it was a singlewide before the size was even posted...

The point is I read in between the lines, you said it was a mobile home.  I have never seen a 2bed 2 bath doublewide. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. And next time PLEASE post in the correct area.
