Actually I did use your name.  If you look at the QUOTE I was responding to, that was pasted into my reply, it has your name on it.

Cross supported Harnett Water line, Cross voted for Briar's Chapel.  The coalition did not like this.  Gave him two F's for this.  He did other things they didn't like but I can not remember at this moment the exact wording of the report card.  I thought the use of a report for adults was a bit much.
The only report cards I ever gave or received were in school. 
I did not even like to give report cards and had to do so for 32 years in the classroom.  I like portfolios.  Maybe that is what the coalition should do next. Give their commissioners a portfolio.  At least you could see what they did and did not do.
