Doubtful he even needs to be on a road on a bike weaving all over and making someone hit the ditch.

Naw....this guy needs a jail sentence he is driving while impaired..habitually...driving without a license...and looks like he might have tried to hit someone with his car...not someone I want on the road anymore...obviously has no regard for the law or human life.

It annoys me that these people are turned loose (in early infractions and repeatedly) to just get back out on the road again. I had family that was hit head on by a 19 Y.O. skunk drunk on a Sunday afternoon.  Not for the air bag protection, the Highway Patrol indicated they probably would have been history...thank heavens, not the case.
