Randy, if you welcome dumping, provide your address and maybe they will provide.
Where did this come from...? not really sure, joke gone sour I think

like, KYW? WKYC? Did they take lots of pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what it was about?

He should have to pick up road side litter AND work at the collection center to learn what recycle means as well. (Though I'd sort of hate to wish the scammer on the nice people at the collection centers).

I know what you mean about him at the collection center but he could sure walk the roads at 90* degree weather...might help him remember to respect the environment and his fellow man....you think?

I'd think walking the ditches this week in 100 degree heat would be a little more thought provoking than some piddling fine he MAY get in an air conditioned court visit!

I agree there should be a little more physical action and less Slap ON the Wrist action these days then maybe these occurrences would not occur! My kids tell me my car looks like a trash dump because I will not only leave trash in my floor board but will pick up offending trash wherever I go ...I hate to see trash on the road or the parking lots....I would hate to see where some folks live.

Unfortunately there are some out there who say that would be cruel and unusual punishment. Hard manual labor should be a part of every prisoners sentence.

I started out in the Crayola "penn"...got mad at my brother and broke his new crayons in half (got the new box and new colors once a year) ..my punishment (in part, post the lecture) was I inherited that box of half broken crayons for that year! Funny now, not then, but it taught me something
