My son wants to follow in his sisters footsteps and I am looking for either 1) an existing team or 2) to start one. Anyone who is interested post it here so I can measure interest. To play 9u you must have been born after Sept. 1 1998.

Funny.  Yes, most people only think of basketball when they hear AAU.  I am one of those "lucky" parents of boys who want to play multiple team sports.  My older son plays on a travel basketball team that plays both AAU and USSSA tournaments.  Eventually my younger son will probably want to do the same.

8u is the youngest division. The big city groups field them. It is tougher in a place like Chatham county.
