One of my favorite pasttimes is asking my smart growth/slow growth/no growth friends to give me some examples of growth that they think is good/acceptable. 

Is Apex such an example?   Why or why not?

My opinion: Apex is a good model for Pittsboro.  It's not a good model for Chatham County, which after all is not a muncipality.
