Mr. Hardin was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Felonious Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Resist Delay or Obstruct, and Possession of marijuana
June 20 Rebecca Ann Pinix, 40, of 621 E. 11th Street, Siler City was arrested for Deputy Michael Garbarino and Deputy Barry Ryser on warrants on a April 10th incidence. The warrants were for Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Governmental Officer, Possession of Marijuana, Resist Delay or Obstruct on Officer, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Pinnix was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 14.
June 20 Deborah Bair, 54, of 525 Lydia Perry Road, Sanford was arrested by Deputy Jon Purvis. Ms. Bair was charged with Driving While Impaired and Possession of an Open Container and received a secure bond. Ms. Bair was also charged with Resist, Delay, or Obstruct on Officer, Communicating a Threat, and Making a False Report to a Law Enforcement Agency and received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond. Ms. Bair is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 23, 2008.
June 20 Boyd Woods, 32, of 109 Pittsboro Elementary School Road, Pittsboro was arrested by Corporal Christopher Marioles for Driving While Impaired. Mr. Woods was released on a written promise to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 23.
June 21 Misti Sanders, 27, of 1679 Mount Vernon Church, Winston Salem was arrested by Corporal Phillip Richard and charged with Driving While Impaired and Driving While License Revoked. Ms. Sanders was released on bond to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 30, 2008
June 22 Theodore Amzen, Jr., 34, of 8 Cookie Hill Lane, Pittsboro was arrested by Corporal Phillip Richard and charged with Driving While Impaired and Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Amzen was released to his mother and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 30, 2008.
June 22 Benjamin Wesley Green, 20, of 643 Spindlewood Lane, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy Thomas Flint for Failing to Appear on charges of Driving While Impaired and Driving While License Revoked in Orange County. He was jailed on a $1000.00 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Orange County on July 16, 2008. While Mr. Green was in custody, Deputy Thomas Flint located a Wake County warrant on Mr. Green. Mr. Green was arrested by Deputy Flint Felonious Breaking entering a Motor Vehicle and Felonious Larceny from Motor Vehicle. Mr. Green was held under an additional $50,000.00 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wake County District Court on June 24, 2008.
June 22 Brandon Jesse Beal, 23, of 5207 Lewis Brown Road, Bennett was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Damage for Property (>$200.00). Mr. Beal was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Siler City District Court on July 1, 2008.
June 22 Derrick Wayne Adams, Jr., 25, of 4175 Spainhour Mill Road, Tobaccoville was charged by Corporal Matthew Morrison for misdemeanor Possession of Less than ½ Ounce of Marijuna. Mr. Adams was released by citation to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 16.
June 22 Carl Lee Shepard, Jr., 24, of 6532 Spanish Oak Drive, Rural Hall was charged by Corporal Matthew Morrison for misdemeanor Possession of Less than ½ Ounce of Marijuna. Mr. Shepard was released by citation to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 16.
June 23 Arthur Musa Quee, 28, of 630 5th Street, Siler City was arrested by Corporal Chris Brown for violating a Domestic Violence Protective Order. Mr. Quee was jailed with no bond pending a first appearance in Siler City District Court on June 23, 2008.
June 23 Bobby Ray Hash, 53, of 303 NC 902 Hwy, Goldston was arrested by Sergeant Mike Bullis for Violating a Domestic Violence Protection Order and Communicating a Threat. Mr. Hash was released on a $200.00 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in Siler City District Court on June 24, 2008.
June 24 Mary Michelle Barmore, 42, of 253 Tall Oak Road, Unit A, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Overman on two Durham County warrants of failing to appear in court. After arresting Ms. Barmore, Deputy Overman searched her vehicle. Ms. Barmore was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a vehicle. Ms. Barmore was jailed under a $2000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 9, 2008.
June 24 James Sprague, Jr., 31, of 813 Shackelton, Apex was arrested by Corporal Matthew Morrison for Driving While Impaired and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after he was stopped for speeding 78 in a 55 mph. Mr. Sprague was released on a written promise to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 16.
June 26 Brian Keith Blackwell, 34, of 258-B Woodbridge, Chapel Hill was arrested by Deputy Chris Burger and served with Grand Jury True Bill Indictments on charges of Escape from Custody, two counts of felonious Kidnapping, and felonious Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. Although Mr. Blackwell was being held on additional charges, he received an additional $1,000,000.00 secured bond on these charges. Mr. Blackwell is scheduled to appear in Chatham County Superior Court on June 26, 2008.
June 29 Margret Horton, 25, of 3906 Hamlet Chapel Road, Pittsboro was arrested by Cpl. Matthew Morrison for Driving While Impaired. Ms. Horton was released under a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 30.
June 30 Peter Herman Tanner, Jr., 27, of 390 Carter Street, Pittsboro was arrested by Deputy William Summers for a warrant on misdemeanor Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Damage to Property. Mr. Tanner was released on a $500.00 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro District Court on July 16.
