The Woods Charter School is a grade 1-12 public school, founded by parents. Free tuition and open to all North Carolina students. 91.3% graduation rate. * New fully equipped building to open in 2008. Woods ranked 6th on SAT scores in North Carolina. 12 Advanced Placement courses offered in High School. Personalized college counseling assistance. Greater than 90% level of acceptance to four year universities by our Senior Class.

Chatham Charter School is a unique school with many positive features. Among the first group of schools in North Carolina to receive a charter in 1996. Enrollment increase from 126 in 1997 to 270 in 2005. 39 acre campus; 23,000 sq. ft. facility. Modern classrooms, computer lab, library/media center. K-8 diverse student population (Elementary and Middle School are treated as separate programs)
